Full-time Nanny, Richmond - Starts October 2023
Seeking a long-term dependable full-time nanny/family assistant to care for a bright two-year-old boy and help with household duties in Midlothian starting as soon as possible. Ideally, the family is seeking an educated and nurturing nanny who can help their son continue in all areas of his development, including gross and fine motor, speech and language, cognitive and intellectual, social, and emotional abilities.
While the child is at school, napping, or with mom, the nanny will help with household chores as needed. The family does have a regular housekeeper. Pay range $25+

Full-time Nanny Richmond - starts December 2023
Parents in Richmond, VA, are seeking a full-time nanny/house manager to care for their three children 10-14 years, after school and twice a month on Saturday. Parents live in separate homes (12 mins apart) and the children alternate between Mom and Dad’s each week. The nanny will alternate homes when the children do.
The children attend the same school and finish at approximately 3:30 pm. The nanny will collect the children from school and care for them until their parents finish work. The kids have sports, dance, and music lessons after school several days each week, and the nanny will assist the parents in getting the kids to these lessons. In the afternoons, before the children finish school, the nanny will do light housekeeping and grocery shopping, meal prep etc.
During the winter months of January and February, the children ski in Wintergreen, and ideally, a nanny who could travel with them every other weekend and spend two nights at the resort would be great.
The Ideal candidate adores children and is energized by spending time with them. The family is looking for someone communicative and understanding, with patience, kindness, and a light-hearted approach. A nanny who can help with homework to the grade 6 level will be a bonus.
Both houses have dogs!

A family in Richmond, VA 23226 is seeking a professional nanny with 5+ years of full-time nanny, house manager, and early childhood education experience demonstrated with solid references. During the morning hours, the children will be in school/pre-school, and the nanny will use this time for light housekeeping/errands, etc.
The youngest child arrives home at noon, the middle child at 2 pm, and the oldest goes straight from school to activities. At the end of the nanny, the nanny will be with all three children for a short time.
The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and has excellent knowledge and understanding of all stages of a young child’s development. They are patient, kind and have good communication skills with children.
Also, they should be organized and can create fun days with plenty of exercise and education. Someone who is self-driven and can fill downtime with helpful tasks around the house. Ideally, someone who doesn’t mind staying late on occasion for date nights, etc.
