Local mom, Niki Worrell is the owner of the Richmond Nanny Agency and has been helping families find professional childcare in Richmond and surrounding areas since 2008 through a sister company the Williamsburg Nanny Agency.

As a professional nanny during her college years in London, Niki understands the important role of a nanny within a family, and as a busy working mom can relate to the needs of parents when it comes to hiring childcare.

For the past 16 years, Niki has placed hundreds of nannies throughout Virginia and has a great track record of finding nannies who are experienced, dependable, and work in partnership with parents to ensure their charges are nurtured, meeting their development goals and preparing appropriately for pre-school and kindergarten.

Additionally the agency provides temporary childcare including overnight newborn care, fill-in nannies and event chilcare.
